Remember when you were told not to judge people by their appearance? Think again. A number of undergraduate students was able to accurately predict managers’ performances and traits by looking at their pictures. Get the story at the Economist.

    I stumbled upon this site by accident… and I don’t know much about judging on looks but i certainly would say this pedrogardete guy is one hell of a cute guy…. hehehe ;-)

    If I did get the wrong Pedro Gardete … or whatever name he’s given himself… but the picture speaks for itself… hahahha.. I don’t judge by the name… metro, pedro.. or whatever name … but still he is cute … ;-)

    Ha! That’s what I thought…. the picture is from a picture database… Pedro Gardete is not that awfully looking, but he’s definitely not the supermodel hunk in the picture :P
